It is not a wierd fantasy of an architect and it is not a concept house. It is a real house positioned in a modest town named Vežaičiai in Klaipėda County of western Lithuania. Called Utriai Residence it was conceptualized by Lithuanian studio G.Natkevicius & Partners. “Built for a young household of three and set in the stunning and lush Minija valley slope, the style of the house is contrary to the much more frequent contemporary trend of employing each glass and wood in a much more comprehensive and exotic fashion. The cantilevered residence delivers for further parking space although the interiors look simple and spacious with stone and concrete becoming largely employed. The upper levels sport floor-to-ceiling glass windows that offer a beautiful view of the valley and the use of neutral tones offers the interiors a laid-back and mellowed feel.
