This new custom riverfront townhouse retreat was created by Olson Group Architects in collaboration with interior design firm Jenni Leasia Style in Portland, Oregon. This house was a once a two unit condo that was merged into a gorgeous three level townhouse with an ambiance of resort living however with all the comforts of home. The interiors blend clean contemporary components with standard cottage architecture for a clean inviting design and style that lets the breathtaking views take center stage. It is luxurious, however extremely relaxed.
The Weiland sliding door is completely recessed in the wall that leads out to the balcony. The fireplace stone is known as Hudson Ledgestone by NSVI. The cabinets are custom. The cabinet on the left has articulated doors that slide out and about the back to reveal the television. It is a gorgeous answer to the hide/show tv dilemma that goes on in many households! The wall paint is a custom mix of a Benjamin Moore colour, Glacial Till, AF-390. The trim paint is Benjamin Moore, Floral White, OC-29.
